Selected Link in Navigation Menu

The Selected Link will be displayed in your right hand navigation menu if you set your the accessibility settings in My Personalizations -> General Settings to Use accessible layout mode:

Here's how the menu then looks:

Behind the scenes, this option is set in the table, PSUSERPRSNLOPTN with a row that has a USEROPTN of ACCESS and the USER_OPTION_CNTL set to Y and USER_OPTION_VALUE set to A.
