Need help in resolving issue in peoplesoft 8.8 in windows 7

we are planing to move our desktop from windows Xp to windows 7 for that we were testing people soft application (8.8 and 8.44(tools) ) .
When i tried to open the a offer letter in windows 7, the document is opening with only one page and that page points to single sign on page. I'm not able to find what could be issue as this is not happening in development environment it is happening in UAT environment.

please note there is no change in code in UAT and development environment.

Request some to help me out.

Not sure why a change in desktop OS would cause problems with the PIA. Did you also change versions of Internet Explorer? Could it be internet explorer security settings? Have you tried using another browser?

I'd agree with Praj. The browser is probably your issue. It could be cookie settings or a capability issue with 8.8 and a much newer browser. One thing you can try doing is setting compatibility view mode.
