See error message below. We are attempting to run a test finalization of our 2011 Open Enrollment. The program fails at various people and the error message fluctuates from the one below and the exact same one with a different Additional Pay Plan- Type of WAV. The BEN additional earnings is from 2009 and is inactive and does not exist on any current benefit programs. The WAV is our current health plan wav credit earnings code, but the people that have this error are not waiving benefits so would not get the credit and legitimately do not have it. None of the people have anything in common other then somewhere in their history they have some out of sequence rows (prior years). Several people with the same setups are running through correctly. Everyone that we receive the error on we are able to reprocess and finalize by themselves using either the automated process for a single person or the on-demand process. I had been thinking it was a data issue of some sort, but now I am wondering if it is a technical problem. I am on the functional side and because it is referencing a particular emplid our tech staff says it is a data issue. We have been trying to complete this process for 2 days. HELP!
