Running a scheduled process twice daily to assign Admissions comms. There are 15 'flavours' of comm (letter code) to generate based on whether the comm is an admit/ deny/conditional offer and whether the applicant is domestic or international etc.

QUESTION: do I need to set up one Event_ID for each flavour of comm (15) or one Event_ID containing 15 comm keys?

I have the feeling you might need 15 event IDs - one for each comm key, because even though you can have more than one comm key in an event, how would you tell the trigger which comm key of the event ID you want to use?

As far as I know, the trigger can only be associated with an event ID, not the commkey for an event ID …

Try starting with just one event ID with 2 comm keys and see if you can configure what you need in the trigger(s).
