Dear Gurus , i am going to create terms and sessions and i need help regarding how i configure resit exams conducted after 2 semesters "end of the year". kindly guide me regarding enrolling,grading students in resit exam those unable to pass either in first semester or second semester.

Hi,
The way resit (deferred) exams work from site to site vary widely as there isn't a consistent approach delivered in Campus Solutions.
Term/session setup lives under Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Term/Session Table
Enrolments are managed through Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Requests OR Enrollment

thanks for reply , do i have to create 2 terms for two semesters and third term for re-sit exams

No problems. If the re-sit exams are going to be held outside of the term/session dates of the regular terms then it will be necessary to create another term. Again it depends on the education provider. For example, some places have resit exams held in regular terms in the future, e.g. you resit the exam from term 1, 2009 in term 1, 2010.
