I guess you've already checked out the article on Campus Solutions tables in the course data section?

I'd say the two tables you are interested in are PS_CRSE_CATALOG for the general course information and PS_CRSE_OFFER for information about course offerings (e.g. by Campus). Note both these records are effective dated and course catalog includes effective status (active/inactive).
